Hawker favourites with a view: Dine on satay, biryani and more at Ce La Vi
Ce La Half-dozen'south Heaven High Hawker serial first debuted over the National Day weekend as a culinary fest that celebrates Singapore'southward vibrant dining scene. Since and so, the successful event continued to run every showtime weekend of the month, with a unlike line-up each time.
The Sky High Hawker series returns for its third edition on Oct 3 and 4, this time featuring local chefs and next-generation hawkers. Participating chefs and hawkers will present their much-loved signature dish, forth with a special dish curated only for this occasion.
At the event, guests can enjoy a delectable spread of local cuisine while enjoying a scenic view of the Singapore skyline from 57 floors upward at Ce La Half dozen's iconic venue atop Marina Bay Sands.
Participating chefs include Janice Wong, owner of 2am:dessertbar; Pang Seng Meng, co-founder of New Ubin Seafood; and Gwyneth Ang, possessor of One Prawn Noodle.
Diners can too tuck into a selection of local delights such as biryani, satay and roasted duck. Culinary masters who will be serving upward their signature dishes include Hassan Abdul Majeed, possessor of Cafe Mariam, and a third generation hawker who specialises in his family unit'south biryani recipes.
Craving for satay? Lynna and Shima Haron from Haron Satay at Eastward Declension Lagoon Nutrient Village will too be grilling their specialty at upshot. Haron Satay historically supplied their satay to Singapore Airline'due south business and start class passengers.

Joining him will exist Kino Soh from Brass King of beasts Distillery Singapore serving refreshing cocktails such as the Smashing King of beasts, a mix of gin, passionfruit, salted honey and sparkling grapefruit juice.
Dishes are affordably priced, starting from just S$x. Ce La Vi is also relaxing its clothes code peculiarly for the event, then diners can come dressed casually. A reservation, nonetheless, will be needed for entry.
